cannot be disposed of following an I.R.S. Appeals Conference, we are prepared to represent
the taxpayer in the United States Tax Court. Knowledge of that fact by the I.R.S.
will often produce a favorable result at the Appeals Conference.

When the type of tax involved
or our strategy dictates that litigation in the Tax Court is unavailable, unwise, or
inapplicable, we represent taxpayers in the United States District Court, the California
State Courts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. We are also experienced at the
Appellate level, having litigated in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the
Courts of Appeal of California, and the Supreme Court of California.
