Admitted to State Bar of California and U.S. District Court, Southern and Central District of California,1963; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, 1965; U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Supreme Court, 1977.  

Certification: Certified Specialist, Taxation Law, The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.                   

Education: Indiana University (B.S., Cum Laude, 1959); Harvard Law School (J.D., 1962).

Member: Los Angeles County, Beverly Hills and Federal Bar Associations; State Bar of California. 

Government Experience: Mr. Pastor was appointed by the late Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy to be Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern (Central) District of California, and served from 1964 to 1966.  During 1966 Mr. Pastor held the position of Assistant Chief of the Taxation Division of the United States Department of Justice in Los Angeles.
